How Fluent are I ???

I am probably not as fluent as most, but

I may possess some fluency.

Fluency in writing I find is merely the

ability to formulate written texts in a

language.

However Fluency in reading is a bit

different it consists of the ability

to easily read and understand texts

written in a language.

I think I can fluently write a bit better

then I can fluently read.

Yet with that being said my writing will

show my lack of a fluent vocabulary.

Where Words Take Us

I map my words as I write and speak,

Often showing a lack of technique.

It appears to be good enough,

As long as I don't use the same ole stuff.

I try to make sense,

And not sound stupid and dense.

So if what I say begins to sound silly,

Hang on because the road ahead may get a bit Hilly.
