Observing, Not Stalking...and A 10 minute Mile

------------------------

Who can it be
------------------------

I observed a female student in her

early twenties with a dark flowing main.

As she’s walking towards me I see she

bares a dark tan and that she’s

wearing sunglasses. She's also wearing

a bright knit T-shirt the color of a stop

sign and snug fitting faded slacks and

white flip flops. She appeared to be

in a hurry so I held the door open for her.

A 10 Minute Mile

for Ms. A
------------------------

As I walked this ten minute mile,

I seen people with a smile.

I heard people talking,

I even seen a gun used for caulking.

I looked at the sky,

With the sun in my eye.

I felt an awesome breeze,

And wished I were near a Tasty Freeze.

I noticed manholes in the ground,

And Fire Extinguishers all around.

The landscaping looked really nice,

I bet its not as pretty covered in snow and ice.

I seen signs for all sorts of things,

But not a one prohibiting nose rings.

I seen the back of Hammon's Field,

Yet I kept on walking and didn’t yield.
